Establish a healthy and happy relationship between owners, tenants and the Property Manager.

Liaise with owners to determine the goals for their real estate investment.

Screening prospective tenants, running credit checks, ensuring that the rent is paid, facilitating resolutions with delinquent tenants and providing financial accounting statements for estate owners.

Undertake all routine maintenance and general upkeep matters including payment of taxes, rates etc.

Provide a monthly statement on activities.

We look after the selection and remuneration of any staffing that may be required.

Provide a 24 hour on call service for tenants
The Madaweni Lifestyle recipe allows you to own your piece of paradise without having to loose your peace of mind. On signing of the contract, we undertake a full assessment of your property and provide a property management agreement which will save you money, increase the value of your property and ensure maximum rentals.
Madaweni Lifestyles takes the head ache out of building your dream home.
We will oversee the construction in your absence through our Project Coordinating services.
Our Project Coordinator will be your representative on the ground and undertake the following:

Visit the work site as often as necessary and at least once per week while work is in progress.

Report progress of the work to the owner on a regular.

Progress reports will include photographs and streaming video of the work in progress.

Advise the owner if an independent expert opinion on any factor affecting the work is required and the cost of the opinion.

Undertake weekly site meeting with the builder, architect, engineer and other persons involved in the works and update the owner on the outcome.

Provide banking and accounting services for all monies due and payable to the builder, the architect and such other persons as the owner may instruct in accordance with the payments schedule under the contracts or on the owners instructions.

Provide the owner with statements of accounts and records of all monies spent on the owners behalf.

Generally to advise the owner on the progress and performance of the builder and the architect in carrying out the works in accordance with the contracts.
